Johnny Depp Denies Verbal Abuse Claims By Co-Star Lola Glaudini On F-Bomb-Filled Rant On Set

Johnny Depp’s camp broke its silence on Lola Glaudini’s allegations against the actor.

A representative for the “Blow” actor reportedly came out and denied the accusations that Depp was verbally abusive during the filming of one particular scene in Ted Demme’s 2001 biographical crime drama, per TMZ.

“Johnny always prioritizes good working relationships with [the] cast and crew, and this recounting differs greatly from the recollection of other members on set at the time,” Depp’s representative stated.

The statement comes after Glaudini, who worked with Depp in “Blow” as Rada, alleged that the actor berated her while filming and gave her an F-bomb-filled monologue.

In January, the “Criminal Minds” alum shared a story from the set of the 2001 film in an episode of the “Powerful Truth Angels” podcast. A clip from the episode resurfaced on X, formerly Twitter, recently.

According to the actress, she was just following their director’s order to burst into laughter at one of Depp’s lines, but the “Edward Scissorhands” actor thought she was intentionally interrupting the scene he was filming.

“Johnny Depp, when they say cut, walks over to me, comes up to me, sticks his finger in my face, and I’m in a bikini on the ground like this,” she recalled.

“And he comes over, and he goes, ‘Who the f*** do you think you are? Who the f*** do you think you are? Shut the f*** up. I’m out here, and I’m trying to f***ing say my lines, and you’re f***ing pulling focus.’”

Glaudini said that the F-bomb-filled rant did not stop there.

“You f***ing idiot. Who the f*** do you think… Oh, now, it’s not so funny? Now you can shut up? Now you can f***ing shut the f*** up? Oh, it’s not funny now? OK. The quiet that you are right now, that’s how you f***ing stay,” Depp allegedly continued.

Glaudini said the alleged incident happened on her first day on the set, and she had never met Depp before filming.

“I have the star who I have idolized, who I am so excited to work with, reamed me in my face. The only thing going through my head was, ‘Don’t cry. Don’t cry,’” said the “Certain Prey” star.
